Finalists of the Social Entrepreneur of the Year (SEOY) India Award 2013 Announced New Delhi, October 19, 2013 Following a rigorous due diligence process, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation and Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship today announced the finalists of the Social Entrepreneur of the Year (SEOY) India Award 2013 . These include Breakthrough Trust (founded by Mallika Dutt), Mann Deshi Mahila Bank and Mann Deshi Foundation (founded by Chetna Sinha), Operation ASHA (founded by Dr Shelly Batra) and Yuva Parivartan/KSWA (led by Mrinalini Kher and Kishor Kher).
