South Sudan Stakeholders Shape the Future of the National ICT Sector at a Joint World Bank, CTO and MOTPS Workshop Juba, April 30th 2012: Basic infrastructure requirements and building regulatory capacity are the twin priorities to usher South Sudan into the ICT-age, concluded an interactive workshop jointly organized by the World Bank, the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) and hosted by the Ministry of Telecommunications and Postal Services of the Republic of South Sudan (MOTPS) on the 24th and 25th of April 2012.
