Hollywood director David S Wolfe seriously injured in near-fatal accident near Chennai Chennai\; Sunday, August 3, 2014: Veteran Hollywood director David S Wolfe who was in India for the shooting of the film Love and Passion starring actress Anjana B was seriously injured in a near-fatal accident about 50 kms from Chennai city in the early hours of Saturday morning. He was traveling in an Innova with two other colleagues from the UK when his car was hit head-on by a speeding petrol tanker whose driver lost control of the vehicle and jumped the divider ploughing into the incoming Innova. The driver of the errant vehicle fled the accident scene but the petrol truck has been impounded by the police. The driver of the Innova in which Wolfe was traveling was killed on the spot.
