The Sangeet Ceremony of Deepa Sahi’s Directorial debut TERE MERE PHERE was a fun filled evening with song and dance performances by the young debutant music composer Shivi Kashyap, the colourful Baba Sehgal was at his best and got everyone on stage dancing. Gorgeaous Riya sens dressed for the sangeet and Vinay Pathak complemented the evening with their jigs on stage. Vinay Pathak seems very concerned about his dhoti that Riya while trying to help him pulled it jokingly. New comers Jagrat and sasha continued on arguments and fights on marriage on stage while match maker Deepa Sahi waited with Ketan Mehta to join all on stage. Govind Nihlani who launched Deepa Sahi in TAMAS did the honours of unveiling the music. The event was hosted by Vinay Pathak and Riya Sen and debutants Jagrat Desai and Sasha Goradia along with power packed performances by Baba Sehgal, Anup Jalota, Shivi R. Kashyap at Raheja Classique Club, Andheri . At the release, the star cast of the movie, Vinay Pathak and Riya Sen were dressed in their finery. The matchmaker of the duo was none other than Deepa Sahi, who welcomed the guests along with Ketan Mehta and Anup Jalota. The guests were on a roller coaster ride enjoying the red carpet entry by dholki -bajas and ladoos. The star casts of the movie and Deepa Sahi were looking splendid in their outfit styled by Riyaz Ganji of Libas. The director of the film Deepa Sahi said, “It was great experience and a big challenge for the whole crew of TERE MERE PHERE to work in the gorgeous but tricky locations of the great Himalayas with constant weather changes and land slides! Debutant Music Director Shivi Kashyap has worked on the music for the movie consisting of 5 songs representing a variety of genre, from bollywood to hip-hop with a tint of Himachali music. This is probably the only album which will ever see the versatile talents of Anup Jalota, Baba Sehgal and Sukhwinder Singh all in one soundtrack.
