Dear friends,

Greetings on behalf of ViBGYOR International Film Festival for short & documentary films, held in Thrissur, Kerala, India from February 7-12; this is the 8th edition of the festival and the special focus theme of ViBGYOR-2013 is `stolen democracies'; but there are other permanent categories and theme packages apart from this. Please look at www.vibgyorfilm.org for details.

There is a selection preview process for all films entered as `open entry' under different film categories; and there is an entry fee of INR300 for films from inside India and $10 (via PayPal) for films from overseas. The time frame for year of production is: `films released after January 1, 2011'.

Since we wish to include strong films that represent different nations/regions that would fit well with our thematic framework, in special cases we do consider a waiver of entry fee/production period restriction.

For entering your film please go to our site and submit the details online, where you will get an Entry No. With this Entry no.  you could send the film packet (please refer Guidelines/Checklist) to our office address before November 30th (entries from abroad  will be given bit more extended deadline).
