Milind Deora, Vinod Nair, Niloo Tata and Johny Lever turn up for an All India Premiere of Hollywood film, Son Of God in Sobo
-Jesus Calls Ministry and Indo Overseas Films have joined hands to release the Twentieth Century Fox film in India on April 25.
Among the early comers were Dolly Thakore, Vinod Nair, Piloo Tata. The politician and member of Lok Sabha, Milind Deora also took out time to from his busy schedule to come for the screening. The comedy star Johny Lever turned up with his wife. the Consulate General of Iceland Gul Kriplani and his wife played perfect hosts for the evening.
When asked about what Jesus and his teaching mean to him, Deora said, “For me God is universal. God is someone who unites us regardless of whatever religion you belong to." Urging people to watch the film, Millind Deora added, “People should watch any film which sends the message of God to people. A film like Son of God which takes the message of God to the people of India, of world and spreads his true message which is love and brotherhood. That is the most powerful message and film to watch. “
Johny Lever said, “Jesus is a Master. Of course I believe that Jesus as a son of God as a Christian. He died for all our sins. So He is everything for us." He added, I want people to see the film because they should know what is the true story of Jesus. In Bible Jesus said go and tell what my Father says. His Father means Almighty God.”
The movie brings the story of Jesus’ life to audiences through compelling cinematic storytelling that is both powerful and inspirational.
Dr. Paul Dhinakaran of Jesus Calls Ministry Services, had a strong desire to release Son Of God in India as he wanted to share the love and compassion depicted by Jesus in his life time on this earth through this movie. Indo overseas films joined hands to make it happen.

The action epic features powerful performances, exotic locales, dazzling visual effects and a rich orchestral score from Oscar®-winner Hans Zimmer. Portuguese actor Diogo Morgado beautifully portrays the role of Jesus as the film spans from his humble birth through his teachings, crucifixion and ultimate resurrection.
