` Ahead of nationwide release on 22nd November, ‘All We Imagined as Light’ inspires dialogue on Indian Cinema’s evolving landscape.


Kochi, India—A special screening of the well-acclaimed film All We Imagined as Light was held in Kochi. The film captivatingly explored themes of friendship, identity, resilience, and the intricacies of human relationships. The screening was followed by an insightful conversation featuring the film's director, Payal Kapadia, alongside the stellar cast, including Kani Kusruti, Divya Prabha, and Hridu Haroon.

This event offered audiences a rare opportunity to engage directly with the creative team behind the film, delving into its artistic choices, and the unique narrative voice that All We Imagined as Light brings to Indian cinema, filmmakers' vision, and the actors' experiences in essaying complex characters.

The screening was attended by several prominent members of the Malayalam film industry including Mahesh Narayanan, Parvathy Thiruvoth, Reema Kallingal, Gayathri Ashok, Aiswariya Lakshmi, Santhya Balachandran, Riyas Salim, Rani Haridas, Athulya Ashadam, Lendrick Kumar, Zarin Shibab, Vishnu Raghav, Sheethal Shyam, Nimisha Hakkim and Anagha Narayanan.
Kani Kusruti, Divya Prabha, and Hridhu Haroon each spoke candidly about the challenges and rewards of their performances, emphasizing the collaborative process that brought authenticity and depth to the screen.[1] .

The film is all set to hit theatres across India on 22nd November 2024 and will be available in all major cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Kolkata. The film is an official Indo-French co-production between Petit Chaos from France and Chalk & Cheese and Another Birth from India. The film is being distributed in India by Spirit Media across all major cities.
