Deadline Approaching: FIDLab co-production market

The FIDLab, International co-production platform of the FID International Film Festival Marseille, is inviting projects.

The 6th edition of FIDLab will take place from July 3-4, 2014 in Marseille, France.

Any fiction film or documentary project, at any stage of production: writing, making, post-production, of any length, any format and is brought in by a producer (film-makers can turn into producers), from all over the world is eligible for registering. The last date for submissions is February 19, 2014. There is no entry fee.

Each year 10 international projects are selected, chosen with no specific format requirements regarding format, length, or subject matter, and include both fiction and documentary films. FIDLab organizes individual meetings with producers, distributors, sellers, and international sponsors. After the festival, the FIDLab provides follow-up for contacts, accompanying the filmmakers and producers until their films are finished.

The FIDLab also gives out awards to best projects.
