Mumbai, 9th February 2014: Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children in association with Siddhivinayak Temple Trust initiated a noble run named “Little Hearts Marathon” - an initiative to create awareness about ‘Prevention of Cardiac Disease in Children’ and for raising funds to set up a ‘State of the Art Cardiac Surgery Department’ in the hospital.
This event marked the presence of Salman Khan who flagged-off the marathon. Nearly 5000 number of children between the ages of 05 – 17 years ran for this noble cause. The 2.3 km run begun from Siddhivinayak Temple and concluded at Wadia Hospital.
