#IndiasDaughter(Documentary/English/Hindi) Rating: * * * ½ A shadowy re-enactment of the entire sorry tale that led to a massive emotional outpouring of grief and anguish against brutal, inhuman crimes against women triggered by the heinous ‘Nirbhaya’ rape and murder in the national capital , Delhi.  It’s powerful, factual and raises issues that hit our parliamentarians where it hurts most- Not that our media hasn’t covered all this before. Image is everything I guess and when the  attack is done from a foreign platform the hurt is long-lasting. Rape is a heinous crime irrespective of country, caste, religion ,community.  The film is a historic capture of a movement that began as an outpouring of grief and anguish against brutalising crimes against women... This Film depicts that with sensitivity and is a powerful denouement against our patriarchal value system...doesn't matter that it was made by a Britisher.
