Antano& Harini, Leaders in Neuro Linguistic Programming, initiative to transform the lives of 300 underprivileged children

Antano& Harini, Leaders in Neuro Linguistic Programming and the founders of School of Excellence, takes a unique noble initiative to transform the lives of 300 underprivileged children from three Missionary schools in Mumbai from 9^th -13^th December

Ø   Through Children Empowerment uP with NLP programme, Antano& Harini will help the kids in building a strong character, improve focus, enhance their interest in studies, get over focus & attention issues such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As well as overcome personal challenges using the best of Unconscious Patterning (uP) & Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.

Ø   A free one-on-one NLP Bliss Session will be provided to every child at the missionary schools - St. Joseph's- Juhu, St. Anthony's- Versova & St. Louis school premises from 9^th to 13^th December, with targeted change work for each student, by qualified uPwithNLP Practitioners trained by Antano and Harini, from around the country. These sessions are done one-on-one by the Practitioner to help each student overcome their unique challenges and set them in a direction towards achieving their dreams

10^th December,2014,Mumbai:Antano Solar John and Harini Ramachandran – Leaders in Neuro Linguistic Programming, and founders of School of Excellence will be organizing a free Children Empowerment Programme as their Corporate Social Responsibility from 9^th -13^th December in Mumbai.

Expert uPwithNLP Practitioners trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) by Antano& Harini will be using NLP patterning, on a one-on-one basis with every child in these school premises. These children are from the economically weaker & underprivileged section of the society and face many self-development and goal-oriented problems

The UnConscious Patterning (uP) & Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) based modules delivered by Antano and Harini, as well the targeted one-on-one NLP Bliss sessions will help the children in building strong character, improve focus & enhance their interest in studies. It will also help them get over focus & attention issues such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and overcome any personal challenges they may be going through, on a day-to-day basis. 

Children sometimes suffer from low confidence, lack of focus & vision, low morale, distraction and many such issues, especially issues such as ADHD which Doctors, Teachers and Parents worry about a lot these days. With so much to do, and so many distractions, children tend to go off-track easily, so these sessions use very specific, targeted NLP Patterning in transforming their outlook towards life and make them more positive, as well as set on a result oriented approach in their journey. The changes brought about through these sessions by Antano and Harini and their team of uP with NLP Practitioners are immediate, measurable and self-sustaining, They use the finest of uP with NLP techniques to make sure each individual gets over their challenges and focuses ahead in their studies and develops a strong personality.

Though these sessions can be organized through group lectures for the children in different clusters, Antano & Harini are of the opinion that specific, targeted change sessions works uniquely for each student and ensures long-lasting results. Every student has different issues, working with them on one-on-one basis and installing superior strategies is the way forward, so that they will not just be temporarily motivated, but the changes will continue to sustain and grow with time. Each of the uPwithNLP Practitioners that will be working with the students are trained extensively in uPwithNLP patterning by Antano and Harini which are engineered for making changes sustainable in the long run.

In addition to the one-on-one transformation, Antano and Harini (NLP Leaders) will do conversational programming with the children to get them more oriented towards their dreams and goals  and bake in the spirit to build a great future. This programme will also have expert practitioners of uPwithNLP program from all over India assisting Antanoand Harini in these school premises.

The Module will be executed in the following format:

1. Two hours of conversational programming by Antano Solar John and Harini Ramachandranfor the following:

– Vision
– Beliefs and Convictions
– Determination
– Motivation

2. 4 Hours of One-on-One meeting in a volunteer-led group of uP    withNLP Practitioners trained by Antano and Harini. Each volunteer will be given 10 students to work one on one for two things:

– Removing Obstacles (Focus, get over bad/unhealthy relationships, distractions, get over ADHD, improve confidence, enhance concentration, get over bad memories, get over bad habits etc.)
– Programming for Peak Performance

3. Two hours of Conversational Programming by Antano Solar John and Harini Ramachandran for the following:
– Generalizing the Change
– Building in Self Correcting Mechanisms
– Passion for Studies and Growth
– Importance of building a Strong Character
– Channelizing energy and focus in the direction of Studies and Growth

This activity is scheduled as follows:

Ø  St. Joseph's Juhu on (9th and 10th)

Ø  St. Anthony's Versova (11th and 12th)

Ø  St. Louis Seven Bungalow (13th)
