But as a standalone unusual experience it fails. In fact there’s hardly anything new here other than the spec less production design, imaginative scaling and computer animatronix. The human element even with the sexing up of previously remote and seeming sexless beings, and the action finale barely adds-up to a little more involvement and intrigue than before. That’s as far as this one goes.
