Malawi Minister welcomes CTO’s Member Action Plan for Malawi London, 27 May 2016 – The Honourable Patricia Kaliati, Minister of Information and Civic Education, Malawi, has welcomed plans for ICT development by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO). The Honourable Patricia Kaliati, Minister of Information and Civic Education, Malawi and Shola Taylor, Secretary-General, CTO “ I am very impressed by the plans developed by the CTO and am looking forward to working with them to take this strategy forward ,” said the Honourable Kaliati. The Honourable Minister made her remarks during a visit to the CTO’s headquarters in London, where she met with Secretary-General Shola Taylor. During the visit Mrs Kaliati was given presentations on the CTO’s Strategic Plan and the Member Action Plan developed for Malawi.
