Baliddawa Edward of Ghana are among the officials from the Commonwealth who will lend their distinguished presence to the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation's 6th Annual E-Gov Africa Forum 2012 hosted from March 5 to 7, 2012 by the Botswana Telecommunications Corporation in collaboration with national regulator and CTO Member, the Botswana Telecommunication Authority.
