Seiko Launches 'Ananta' the luxury watch collection in India
Seiko Watch india Pvt.Ltd. lauched it's latest series of high-end luxury mechanical hand-assembled watches , 'Ananta' in India. Named for the sanskrit word for infinite, the 'Ananta' collection is made up of exclusive luxury timepieces whose design is inspired by 'Katana' the ancient art of Japanese sword making. Elaborate movements used in Ananta are designed and developed by expert craftsmen in-house. The Ananta collection consists of watches with unique Spring Drive and high-grade mechanical movements. At the launch event, japanese National Watch Skill competition winner Mr Junya Kamijo assembled the latest marvel of infinite perfection.- the Ananta Spring drive mechanism. Mr Susumu Kawanashi , President , Seiko Watch India Pvt Ltd, inaugurated the launch event by cutting the blue ribbon and then went on to the stage to make a presentation to the assembled news persons and invitees. He said ," with the launch of Ananta , we want to reinforce our committment of providing cutting edge technology watches for the luxury watch market in India." Niladri Mazumdar, Vice President , Seiko Watch India Pvt Ltd took the audience through the making of the master-piece watch. The watches on display were truly magnificient, fit for kings!
