17th October, 2013, Mumbai: The Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry, a member of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (MCHI-CREDAI), today opened doors to the 22nd Real Estate and Housing Finance Exhibition in Mumbai from 17th  – 20th October, 2013. The Expo was inaugurated byShri Mohammed Arif Naseem Khan, Cabinet ministers for Textiles, Minorities Development and AUKAF, Govt. of Maharashtra along with Guest of Honour, Shri A. Krishna Kumar, Managing Director, State Bank of India. Bollywood Actor Suniel Shetty was also present, to unveil an Art Installation designed by MCHI-CREDAI depicting the spirit of our beloved city, Mumbai. 
Conducted in Mumbai biannually, now for the 13th year in a row, MCHI-CREDAIs Expos have a history of being game changers in the realty segment. The 22nd Real Estate and Housing Finance Exhibition will serve as a perfect opportunity to showcase assorted developers projects to Mumbai’s property seekers and investors. With over a 120 participating builders and developers, the Property Expo will display a plethora of options of affordable housing, second homes, and luxury residences, investment to financial options, as well as commercial and retail property which have or will be coming up.

With the theme ‘Mumbai makes Me Happy’, inspired by the spirit of Mumbai and its citizens, some of the highlights of this year’s Expo are - special QR coded badges that will enable buyers and participants to exchange contact details efficiently; an easy downloadable Mobile Application which will be a guide for the buyers, the application to also have relevant details about developers; a unique Art piece to be installed at the exhibition, depicting the ‘Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link’, made out of construction materials;  special Kids Zone for children’s recreation, state- of- the- art exhibition venue, cafeteria, shuttle bus services and online registration along with exclusive catalogues for buyers with detailed information about the Expo and participating organisations.
