Revolver Rani(Hindi) Rating: *  * ½ insipid, intangible, oft-kilter dacoit dramedy with Kangana struggling to make sense of her role..and it shows! The attempt to put up a Tarantinoesque ‘Kill Bill’ appears futile with the lack of sustaining energy within.

Samrat & Co(Hindi) Rating: *  * A wannabe Sherlock Holmes(with due credit) tries hard to ham his way to the murder suspects but without the myth to support it , it’s just a whole lot of tiresome  hokey!

Kanchi(Hindi) Rating: *  * Subhash Ghai tries to rekindle his glory days but with nothing new to tell, it’s just another lackluster, unremitting song and dance disaster.

Son of God(English) Rating:  *  * ½  This Epical Biblical movie is far more accessible than the recent ‘Noah’ but the problem here lies in the scale, mounting and poor effects. After all it was originally meant for TV !

Tarzan (/3D/Animation English):Rating: *  *  * This motion capture animation adventure focusing on the Greystoke heir’s initial years in the jungle is terrific on technique and completely satisfying in engagement.

Brick Mansions(English) Rating: * ½ The last movie Paul Walker completed before his accidental death, this film appears to be just another filler and brand extension for the next in the Fast and Furious line-up that made him a star!

Finding Happiness(English/Documentary)Rating: *  *  *  A serene, supremely relaxed spiritual journey that is simply put- soul touching!
