Quote from Kia Scherr (Co-founder of One Life), “I choose to Pledge for peace, and to live in peace and to inspire as many people as possible to make the same choice for
themselves every day. The vision of One Life alliance is to engage in this conversation on
peace on a daily basis in everything that we do. Our mission is to join hands with education, business and government and all the people who are working out there for peace and together we can make a difference and make it happen, make it practical, we now know that the peace can be measured and that it is possible."
Quote from Dr. Uday Salunkhe, (Director, Print. L. N. Welingkar institute of
Management Development & Research), “26/11/2008 saw a catastrophe in Mumbai, 26/11/2014 saw a small effort from our end to spread mirth around us. We do this in our own unique way by celebrating Peace, because we want this day to be remembered with pleasant memories of humanity and not with memoirs of insanity. Global Peace Initiative began as an ideation, but we never knew that its execution would become the Heart of this Institute. In a span of 3 years from just being a thought to being our soul, this transition has been inexplicably heart-warming.”
